Bad experience from Swiggy. I have not done any fraud with customers and not with orders but the company has permanently blocked my account. If not once check the details of my account. The number of times I request but no one listens to me. I request that people not install the application.... do any other applications for better support and better earnings.....

I am not able to go online. Whenever I raise a complaint, it shows as resolved but the issue is not actually resolved. And so far, I have only placed 4 orders, and even then they have temporarily deactivated my account and are not reactivating it. There's no contact number shown either where I can lodge a complaint or call. Very worst experience. This was my first time working in the delivery line, and it has already been such a bad experience.

Very Worst Customer Service i Ever Seen. I requested to Change my Shift multiple times. but they never changed. I send me recorded call with poor response. They only contact if order is delayed or not delivered. But if there something for delivery partner their response is very poor. My ID is full time. requested multiple times for part time. but i am getting poor response. Delivery partner working hard for swiggy. But swiggy doesn't care about their.
