I am working as a Swiggy delivery partner. The app is simple to use, notifications and maps work well. But the biggest issue is the payout system. For long-distance orders, the earnings are not proportional to the kilometers we travel. For example, even for 6+ km orders, the payout is very low. This reduces motivation as delivery partners are not fairly considered for their hard work. Swiggy must urgently improve the payout system, otherwise many delivery partners will be forced to resign.

Bad experience from Swiggy. I have not done any fraud with customers and not with orders but the company has permanently blocked my account. If not once check the details of my account. The number of times I request but no one listens to me. I request that people not install the application.... do any other applications for better support and better earnings.....

I am very disappointed with the Swiggy Delivery Partner app. I have been working for 7 days but got no proper earnings, many orders are showing zero payout. I am running long distances, wasting petrol and time, but still not getting fair payment. Mileage loss is high, incentives are confusing, and even after getting 5-star ratings there is no benefit shown in my profile. Support is not solving these problems. Please fix this, otherwise delivery partners will suffer.
