Excellent. Health tick isn't some diet plan or some gym trainer app. It is a well drafted research output that draws from behavioral science. It guides in habit building, that one can stick with throughout life and share with loved ones.

The app is genuinely good. I am using the premium version (with the health coach). I got to learn a lot about controlling my urges. The coach (Raahina) regularly kept in touch with me to answer my questions, taking my updates and kept me motivated. Although, the app needs improvement as it's new, it's knowledge base is really interesting. I would totally recommend the app to my friends and family.

Just finished my three months with Health tick. My key take-aways are- Mindful eating Understanding sugar and salt in food Staying active as a lifestyle choice Loved it. The app has taught me a lot about eating. I know food much better now. It doesnt make you torture yourself to get or stay fit, rather the ways are quite adaptable by making smart lifestyle choices. Cant appreciate enough.
