The app has many frustrating and illogical issues. Won't accept online payment on the pickup option despite my account being charged. Doesn't even let u pay in cash, like i could just go to the counter and pay there nd receive my order but ig too inconvenient for them. Also if you try multiple times, it won't allow u to reattempt payment. The thing that i am least satisfied of is the staff. Whenever i go to pick my order from the window, the counter guy is v uncooperative. Highly dissapointed

Very disappointing experience with the KFC Pakistan app. I placed an order for Hot Wings through the app and paid via JazzCash, but the amount was deducted from my account and I did not receive my order. There are also no order details showing in the application, which makes the situation even more frustrating. This is highly unprofessional and unreliable service. A customer should at least be able to track their order or get proper support. KFC Pakistan needs to improve their app.

Hi, I’m really disappointed with my order. The chips and dip were packed very poorly, the sauces were less than ordered, and the chicken pieces looked like they were fried in burnt/black oil. The taste and quality were not good at all and also too much salt in it
