Location issues almost every time — even with the full address mentioned, the rider still doesn't deliver and cancels the order instead of coming a little further. Orders end up waiting and auto-cancelling after 40 mins. Pin location doesn't help either. On top of that, food and even bottled drinks often arrive warm instead of hot/cold as expected. Please fix the delivery radius for this area.

The app is good and easy to use. However, I would like to share some feedback about the free deals. Sometimes the free items are not exactly as shown in the pictures. For example, the free burger deal looks different from the picture, and it feels like just chicken is added inside bread. I hope KFC improves the quality and presentation of these free deals. Overall, the app experience is good.

I am writing this because I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the terrible service I have received. I placed my order at approximately 2:47 AM, and it is now 4:17 AM. More than an hour has passed beyond your promised delivery window, yet I still have not received my order. This is absolutely unacceptable. You advertise fast delivery and provide customers with an estimated delivery time of around 30 minutes.
