KFC PWD branch is the worst branch ever. The order is never fresh, nor does it arrive on time. They always just try to get rid of it quickly. I always have to return it. There are also trimming issues, they send the order very late, and it’s always cold.

order tracking is so poor, needs to work on that, first they take ages to confirm the order then the waiting time is huge, i have ordered from different locations but each time it has taken hours for the rider to show up

such a useless application, doesn't identify address or map or pin location, gives suggestions for adresses of previous order which also compromise the security of the user for instance if i search scheme 33 it gives full address of someone along flat number who might have order previously. uninstalling after doing so many tries for address and otp.
