it wasn't good a few years back but now this app is streamlined and works very well. searching the menu is easy and placing the order and order tracking is also very accurate..The only issue is that it is very slow in loading its live pages..

Another day, another issue. The app is refusing to let me change addresses. I have two registered addresses, one for work, one for home. It is locked on the work address and no matter how many times I choose the home address it refuses to change. Guess I can only order to one place from now on. Great job Colonel. Update: Just deleted the work address. Take a WILD guess which address its set to. The one that just got deleted.

**Disappointing Delivery Service** I've had a really frustrating experience with the KFC app. Despite living in a well-known housing society in the middle of the city, the app refuses to deliver to my location. What’s even more baffling is that all the surrounding areas are eligible for delivery, but somehow, my neighborhood is completely excluded. It makes no sense, especially since other food delivery services have no issue delivering here.
