It's unacceptable that customers have to chase a huge company just to get a refund that should have been processed promptly. Very disappointing experience. I have been trying to log in to the KFC app and website multiple times, but I am unable to receive the OTP required for login. Because of this issue, I cannot access my account or place orders. I have tried several times on different devices and platforms, but the problem persists. Please fix the OTP system and improve customer support for users facing login issues.

Very pathetic, there is no customer service, no contact or any other way to know or complain about orders, once you order from the app then you have only one way option to wait wait and just wait. very bad customer service at all.
