Worst Experience – KFC Lake City Ordered a Mighty Burger but received a regular Crunch Burger instead. Completely wrong order. Delivery was extremely late — 1 hour 40 minutes, even though the branch is only 10 minutes away and delivery is claimed to be under 45 minutes. The order was cold on arrival. On top of that, I was given false excuses: the rider said the fryer was not working, while the call center said buns were unavailable. This shows poor management and misinformation from both sides

I placed the same order three times through your website, and every time it was automatically canceled. There was no issue with payment or details. This is very frustrating

Very pathetic service whenever I have ordered the delivery was very late and the app says sorry it's taking time they showed 30 minutes delivery but never came in time last order was delivered after 1 and half hour. please avoid the app
