Update: I can't send feedback on the app cause they are not letting me add my emails and without it, you cannot send feedback. The rider took more than an hour and still did not deliver my food, yet the app was showing the food was delivered. I waited more than an hour and called the rider to cancel the order. it isn't even the weekend. very poor service, I am disappointed. this is the first time something like this has happened.

App is not good. Plain and simple. The area which i live in is closed off by kfc management. So i don't understand the business model here. They say Foodpanda machine is on for Cavalry branch but it doesn't show up in Foodpanda app. It's there one second and the next its gone. Nor do they address the issue. Because of this reason alone i prefer kebabjees.

Last Tuesday, I tried to order a KFC Wings through their app. Big mistake. The transaction went through smoothly, acting like it placed my order, but then...silence. No confirmation, no nothing.
