edit: they did refund after I emailed them. deceptive marketing with deceptive sale tactics. I wanted to try it out for a week since it said 3.50 or so a week. I look at my credit card It's almost 50 bucks. cancel anytime they said. yeah but you already bought a year, so it just doesn't renew next year. meanwhile they got 50 bucks

This isnt the app I thought it was. I subscribed and paid, my mistake, but now I can't cancel the subscription. I wasnt prompted to create a profile so I have no email associated with it and cant figure this out. However they responded to my post and helped me figure it out, so all good.

waste of money! false advertising! i want my money back! horrible accuracy with video generation. it just makes random nonsense regardless of the prompt. i haven't had 1 video generated correctly. waste of time and money. short prompts have less accuracy. Candy AI is Animation Idiocracy. Useless!
