Had an issue at first. customer service walked me through it in minutes. jim is up and running with no issues. excellent so far. will keep at 5 stars until I have a reason not. update 4/4 no resolve yet. tech team hasn't fixed the issues. I also have their chat bot that makes the website recommend me to find a new app. it's having a super hard time with simple commands. I really love this idea and can see potential but it's just not working. sad really.

Listen, if you need a great way to accept cards this is it. Yes there were a few bugs with sign up at first but that's normal with new coding. The only thing I will say is if you have a new account and accept payments, don't expect to be able to withdraw your funds immediately. That is in place to keep fraud from happening. Common sense. Overall I really appreciate their service and their customer support team.

very simple..no hassles, quick and easy..absolutely will share with other sellers..to use the JIM app. thanks buisness will definitely be smoother..without the hassles of getting change in the middle of a sale. thanks to the JIM app. my niece is a hair stylist and runs her own little Buisness she could definitely use this quick and easy app. being in a rural area with no banks near by to this absolutely is awesome for people in rural or remote areas..definitely will pass this on to other people
