Does what it says but it's not as easy as it sounds. If you're used to business transactions via app then you'll probably be fine with the process. You're using the NFC on your phone to scan someone else's credit card - of course there's an identity verification and an approval process. The app also seems to take a while to get going for about the first month I used it. Now it opens right up. You must add the virtual Visa to an app wallet to spend the money without a fee.

BEWARE!!!! I have had Jim for about a week. I took one customer payment and used the account three times for fuel. Today I went to fuel equipment up and realized they canceled my account for "going against their terms". Again, only had 4 total transactions. The money that my customer paid is frozen for 180 days! There is not a single person to talk to, only ai chats. There was absolutely NOTHING wrong done here, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY "JIM" . This can and will happen to YOU! BEWARE!!

As a merchant, I was looking for a way to take card payments without needing extra equipment. It had to be simple to use and quick with processing the sale. JIM is hands down my most favorite part of the retail experience. It's super easy, the transaction it self takes less than 30 seconds and with using nothing more than my phone! I LOVE THIS APP!
