Ratings and reviews

Purchased a $100 pack with an alleged minimum value of $50, got a $25 card....I have submit a request for a refund and will update based on how they handle the issue. They repeatedly advised me that the team was reviewing my complaint and request and that they would get back to me. They never did and have since wiped the conversation from my app, so I don't believe any actual response will be coming from them.

Don't get me wrong this is a cool app. However I strongly dislike when my emails are spammed every other hour with nonsense to make me log back in. I rarely get annoyed to the point where I have to manually unsubscribe from a company. I did order one card for rewards on a play and earn app. The card did get delivered. This was my only transaction ever through Courtyard.

The services work as described and it is a nice way to get a general grasp of the pokemon market. Recently all of the prices have risen making it not a great financial decision as there are other apps with cheaper prices. Overall it is a bit exploitative of the buyers but that's the makers choice and if people wanted cheaper they can always go elsewhere.
