Designed for first responders, FireTek receives incident information directly from participating fire departments, EMS agencies, dispatch centers, CAD systems, and other authorized data providers that have contracted with or configured FireTek.
When a call comes in the app sends out a push or SMS notification that allows authorized users to get additional information and mapping details for the incident. The user can then respond to scene or station, making his or her intentions and ETA known to other department members.
