I've been using myrunway for years now and haven't had complaints, but now, for the last few weeks, I've been disappointed with the service delivery, the last three orders there's always items missing, and delivery guys are not at fault the items were just not included, by the time you send emails and them getting back to you the items are sold out already and the refund process is just as excruciating. Still love using the app, but there's room for improvement in terms of services.

This review has been updated after MyRunway rectified the initial error quickly and professionally. My order was originally cancelled due to a system issue, but once the team stepped in, they resolved everything efficiently and with great service. Thank you to the MyRunway team for correcting the situation — your assistance is appreciated.

the app works decent, but their service has turned bad . sometimes your items arrive with no tags and look used as if people were wearing them . when you have issues with your items they take days to reply with help and send bot generic messages , if they even reply at all . and refund system is horrible . recently, there were so many delays with delivery , no updates or progress, or tracking numbers . would not recommend
