Terrible experience. I paid for my order and received notifications saying it was delivered, but I never received anything. Nobody contacted me and I did not sign for any parcel. I’ve now had to ask for proof of delivery and find out who supposedly accepted my package. Paying for something and getting nothing in return is unacceptable. Very disappointed with the service and lack of accountability.

I've been using myrunway for years now and haven't had complaints, but now, for the last few weeks, I've been disappointed with the service delivery, the last three orders there's always items missing, and delivery guys are not at fault the items were just not included, by the time you send emails and them getting back to you the items are sold out already and the refund process is just as excruciating. Still love using the app, but there's room for improvement in terms of services.

Order Cancelled Without Consent — Unacceptable After a system error on MyRunway side they cancelled my order without even contacting me, and now the shoes I ordered are sold out. This is shocking service. I followed up multiple times, waited patiently, and instead of resolving the issue, they made it worse.No explanation. No communication. No accountability.This is not how you treat customers. I am extremely unhappy and still waiting for a proper response from the team.
