ALREADY HAVE A 529?
With EarlyBird, parents, family and friends can invest financial gifts for children in a custodial brokerage account called a UGMA (Uniform Gifts to Minors Act) account. While a 529 must be used for educational expenses, UGMA accounts can be used for any purpose.

EarlyBird is committed to providing the highest levels of security. Investment accounts are held with our trusted partner and custodian, Apex Clearing Corporation, a third-party SEC registered broker-dealer and member of FINRA and SIPC. This means the investments in your account are protected up to $500,000 total. We also use multi-factor authentication and automatic logouts to prevent unauthorized access and 256-bit SSL encryption to protect accounts.

A fun, easy and well-designed way to set up an investment account for my child. With the functionality to include a message with each gift, he will be able to see every act of generosity that led to the total, and the impact of many small gifts leading to a big number over time. Also, customer service has been quick and helpful anytime I've had a question.

I just want to say that nowhere in all the info and articles I read about eaelybird(and I read for hours!) Did it ever say there was a monthly fee!! I was told $1 advisory fee and $2 gifting fee for gifted yet AFTER I enter all of my and my son's info you throw a monthly fee of $2.95 at me.(and ONLY if you click on pricing) I feel that was deceptive on your part and I should have been advised well before giving you all my trusted info! Not a good way to start a business relationship!!

I'm impressed with the level of customization offered by EarlyBird. I can choose the specific investments that align with my values and my child's goals, making it a truly personalized experience.
