About this game

Turn a fistful of dice into impossible scores.

DICO is a hand-made dice roguelike about matching, multiplying and pushing your luck one throw too far. Every score is FATE x FORTUNE: FATE is the sum of the pips you keep, FORTUNE is what your matched groups multiply it by. Line up groups and straights, chain relics in the right order, and watch a modest handful of dice erupt into a blaze of numbers.

HOW IT PLAYS
- Tap the dice you want to keep, reroll the rest, then score your read.
- Matching faces multiply: a pair of 6s is x6, three 6s is x36.
- Three throws per trial. Beat the target before you run out.
- Spend a Bend charge to nudge a single die when you are one face short.

BUILD AN ENGINE, NOT A HAND
Between trials a market sells relics, die materials and one-shot rituals. Relics resolve LEFT TO RIGHT and you drag them into order yourself - sequencing them is the real decision, exactly as it is in a deckbuilder. Forge a die into Iron for flat points, Gold for coins, Silver for a safe multiplier, Glass for a bigger one that might shatter, or Obsidian that cannot break.

SEVEN MODES, FIVE STAKES
From a two-die mode where every die spawns its twin, to a seven-die mode that banishes your highest unmatched die on every read. Each mode breaks one rule and asks for a different plan. Five difficulty stakes on top, from the gentle Seer to the merciless Voidseer.

RULE-BREAKING BOSSES
Every third trial is a boss that suspends one law of the game - one hides half your dice until you score, one taxes your winnings, one feeds on groups that grow too large. Beating them is a puzzle, not a coin flip.

SAME SEED, SAME DICE
Runs are seeded. Share a seed and a friend gets the exact dice you got, in the same order - so a better score is a better plan, never luckier rolls.

ALSO INSIDE
- Over 110 relics, companions, materials and bosses to discover, with a gallery that fills in as you find them.
- A living mascot who laughs, sulks and schemes while you play.
- Midnight-indigo art and a hand-made lo-fi soundtrack.
- Achievements, a weekly leaderboard and cloud save.
- Plays offline, in one hand, in five-minute sessions.

Ads are always opt-in - you tap a button to watch one, or you never do. Purchases are cosmetics and convenience; scoring power is never for sale.

The dice are waiting.
Match dice, chain relics, chase huge scores. A dice roguelike deckbuilder.

DICO immediately gives the impression of a distinctive, atmospheric dice roguelike rather than a generic dice game. The dark fortune-teller theme, concepts like Fate, Fortune, Relics, and Ill Omens, and the combination of dice selection and rerolls make the game sound interesting.

Really fun and surprisingly addictive dice game. The roguelike mechanics make each run feel different, and there are lots of interesting combinations to experiment with. I also really like the dark, atmospheric art style

The UI is very nice and minimalist. The game is really fun, and the visual and audio feedback makes every action feel very satisfying. i like the concept of greed and luck mixed in a game

• The scoreboard no longer calls a score "refused" when it simply hasn't reached Google yet: it is sent again, so just check your connection.
