Very disappointing customer service experience. I was sent the wrong item and after some convincing that the item was indeed not what I ordered, I was told to pack everything, print the label and take it myself to ship it. After paying for the delivery (which most websites these days wave off this fee if your purchase reaches certain amout) and receiving the wrong item, at least I would expect is for them to make it convenient for customers and collect it from home. Waste of time and money.

they don't pick the return item you have to take it to the office your self and the office tell me they have problem with voga closet and I keep going and coming to return the item

I was relying on this app for my purchases very easy to use and delivery is fast , but once faced with returning the small size of a product I suffered to get my money back , and with there option tabby I'm litterly begging for my amount to be refunded to me which not even one installment was returned ,along with the extra fee charged from my returned item , better to look for an app that really refunds u what you paid , very poor and disrespectful service
