un staking problem I un staked and my balance got wiped for no reason i checked my activities and staking settings too see if it'd still be there but nothing I tried to check my activities under SEI trace it says I'm not allowed I waited for 20 days and my balance is still 0

I had transacted with this app and sent Sei to two addresses which I clearly added their memo, none delivered and I was told no memo was added, even when I clearly added the memo. I even had to take a screenshot of the memo before sending. Yet am nearly about to loose my funds. I need an explanation and refund pls

This is a great wallet, except for the fact it does not seem to save NFT collection addresses.
