useless service, impossible to open a bank account, just waste of time going back to the bank so many times and they always have no clues of where my documents are.

It worked well for the most part, until last week it decided I can't open deposit account because because of a system error. I contacted customer service, they were responsive and, although at first they insisted I must be doing something wrong, they eventually acknowledged the system error. They said they'd fix it within 2, 3 days. It's now over a week and I have since gone to the store and called on the phone. Still the issue isn't fixed...

Warning: this bank sides with scammers instead of their customers. I had my credit info stolen by a scammer and they repeatedly charge my card. They didn't go through because I had a low balance on my card, so I just ignored it. Then, out of nowhere, Timo decided I had to pay 70 thousands in fee for these failed charges. You read that right, as a bank, instead of protecting their customers against scammers, instead of charging a fee to the attacker, Timo instead decided to charge the victim.
