Ratings and reviews

The app starts to work terribly. when I open my system shows that app isn't responding. Today it asks me for otp a few times. SMS to log in. But I already logged in. Also it suggests me to have a physical card. When I click on such ad it says that I can't have a card. It hurts. Notifications inside of the app works quite badly too. I try to read all of it. But it still shows that I have 9+ unreaded messages.

The app is fast, and have a very teenage / energetic theme. One drawback is that currently the linking between Timo and Momo is somewhat broken/inconvenient, You could deposit from Timo (Viet Capital) > Momo, But Momo doesn't allow anyway to transfer it back vice-versa, normal bank transfer, withdraw through linked accounts, nothing works :(. Works amazing for everything else, using as bank account, ATM,..., with other e-wallets like ShopeePay. Update: works good now.

Timo app is super slow to pay with QR code. From the login step until having the payment confirmed and processed... it can take up to 1 minute OMG! it's quicker to use cash. The performance is too bad for a digital bank.
