Ratings and reviews

The app requires face id even for transfers below 10 million VND. The problem is that the face id steps is never successful making this app useless now. The front-end is good but the Vietcap banking core backend is not up to par. Update: the chat helpline does not provide any helpful advices except a request to email HQ with information and video of the problem. Cake by VPBank gives better service with less trouble.

They constantly block your card for no reason. Then you need to call their hotline, which has very very short opening hours. When you call, the call menu will constantly kick you out (hang up on you) for no reason and without warning. The support chat also often kicks you out without warning and is very buggy. It's all-around annoying.
