I was surprised at the low reviews, but I can understand it now. Coming to here from Tailscale, the tailscale android app is much, much better. I have had this app more than once silently drop the VPN connection and say *NOTHING* to me about it. No notice, nothing, just a silent fail. That is utterly unacceptable. Its basic job is to establish and keep the connection alive. It is failing at half of its job.

The app is simple and generally works fine. One issue is bothering me: Automatic re-conncetion on network switching does not work reliable. Approximately 50% of the time, I have to manually re-open the app, and re-conncect. This feature works fine on other apps such as the normal WireGuard app. Note: I made sure this issue is not due to SSO timeouts. If this handling would be implemented to work reliably, I would be happy with the app.

This is the best app to create your own private VPN (up to 100 devices is free). After my phone is connected, I can access my shared directory on PC directly from my phone. Also are aviable traffic tunneling rules. For example, I set tunneling for WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube traffic to my friend's computer abroad, because in my country this apps are blocked.
