Every time I try to use this, it says an update is required, but instead of updating, it goes to a screen to open the app. From that point it sometimes provides the screen option to start charging. Other times it provides a screen with no option to start charging. Today it provided the charging screen with all the options grayed out. Only on rare occasions does it work correctly and provide charging.
