Ratings and reviews

Unable to upload photos to ainspection report. It doesn't matter if it's a single photo or ten photos at a time when I hit the green check mark after adding/editing the photos or videos it will go back to the inspection tab and either just get stuck on processing files or sometimes it will just show the blank photo square with a 0% progress bar and won't ever actually upload the photo. if I go to the next tab in the inspection occasionally it will add the "uploading" photos there as well.

2-3 months now, android users have been unable to use the app. An update rolled out today that changed absolutely nothing. My co-workers and I all try to log in, and after 30 seconds of loading, it takes us to the Google homepage. im leaving this review at 1 star until you can prove you can create an app that actually works for its users.

I've used shop monkey now for about 4 years. As far as running the business side of things, all this app is good for is the vin/plate scanner and can create a new invoice and it pops up on the computer when refreshed. And attaching photos to a file. cant create anything without scanning a vin. Which I think is pretty stupid. I downloaded a browser link to the main log in Page. way better than this app.
