I've used shop monkey now for about 4 years. As far as running the business side of things, all this app is good for is the vin/plate scanner and can create a new invoice and it pops up on the computer when refreshed. And attaching photos to a file. cant create anything without scanning a vin. Which I think is pretty stupid. I downloaded a browser link to the main log in Page. way better than this app.

Unable to upload photos to ainspection report. It doesn't matter if it's a single photo or ten photos at a time when I hit the green check mark after adding/editing the photos or videos it will go back to the inspection tab and either just get stuck on processing files or sometimes it will just show the blank photo square with a 0% progress bar and won't ever actually upload the photo. if I go to the next tab in the inspection occasionally it will add the "uploading" photos there as well.

inaccurate information. scanned multiple vin numbers and it managed to load wrong transmissions, wrong engines on 9 out of 10 vehicles. i would never trust this system for customer vehicles. who would be responsible when wrong parts show up on a regular basis from bad info?
