Ratings and reviews

The virtual, where I could see the technician, was great. The survey never popped up or gave me a place to click so I could rate my technician Austin. He was amazing, knowledgeable, personable understood good customer service. It's just sad that this app does not!!

Couldn't open the app after downloading it

To start is not working properly. I have been clicking on it.
