What’s new
Notifications now arrive on iPhone: a bug kept the app from registering the device, so none was ever delivered. The app also asks for permission at the right moment — while your first receipt is being read — with a clear "not now".
A clearer first step for new accounts: the intro ends by asking whether a receipt is at hand, and opens the camera if it is.
Also fixed: a photo that cuts a receipt off is now refused so you can retake it, instead of being saved as a whole receipt.
