The university students of Iraq are forced to download this app and pay 50$ every year and if you don't pay you will get kicked out from the college and you won't be able to continue your education unless you pay. furthermore, this app is filled with bugs, problems, doesn't log in and does not work properly at ALL. This app doesn't make anything easier but only makes everything more complicated than it is. I've already graduated and I must pay 50$ 😂 otherwise I might risk losing my degree.

The Higher Education Minister's app is unresponsive to student demands to remove it. It forces you to pay $62 just to record absences and similar tasks, and it's an unnecessary application. I hope you will remove it from your program.

We're forced to pay for a service that doesn't even work. I had been trying to login all day today. I tried Wifi, mobile data, VPN, clearing the cache, force stopping, nothing worked. & yet we still get penalized by our colleges if we don't use it. Either the devs are incredibly incompetent or the app had been released at an early, unusable stage. Not to mention that it fixes a non-existing issue, we already have official telegram channels and google Classroom for all that HEPIQ offers and more.
