ATM Milano Official App is the official app of Azienda Trasporti Milanesi, designed to help you move easily around Milan and its surroundings using public transport.

Say goodbye to your card: the subscription is now digital. Travel with your phone.

Ratings and reviews

When using x10 tickets it asks you how many you want to activate at once. And the thing is that - button simply doesn't work, you can't change from 1 to anything else. Then you can't activate second ticket until first one expires. So don't buy it if you want to use it for second person, it simply won't work.

If I had the option to give negative stars, I absolutely would. As a tourist, traveling to Milano, the experience couldn't be more complicated and conveluted. There are no options of buying a ticket, creating an account and giving out your information, going to your email, confirming the account creation, and being redirected to a different site while checking out, no option for either google, or apple pay. Jesus christ, I just want to buy a ticket

The apps work quite well but the problem is the intection with all ATM eco-system: 50% of the time qrcode scanning does not work, so you must seek help to the personal to open the gate. Also, the first days of the month, were lots of people is renewing the monthly subscription, and central servers are overloaded, the app cannot load and you cannot access your tickets. So, as usual, an half-cooked solution.
