MyCompass is a way to access your Customer Area from a smartphone to carry out the main information and order operations on your Compass products.
Functionality:
- Make an appointment in one of our Sales Points
- Apply for a Compass loan online
- If you have a credit card you can make express cash
- Change the first password received via SMS to access the MyCompass Customer Area for the first time from the APP
- Access transaction operations guaranteed by a high level of security through the generation of OTP (One Time Password)
- Check the balance and movements of your cards in the current month and in previous months
- Move money from your Credit Card to your Account
- Make telephone top-ups
- Make transfers in real time
- View the list of transfers you have made in the current month and in previous months
- Check the amount, installment deadlines and payment status of your loan
- View the accounting situation of your credit card
- If your smartphone is equipped with fingerprint recognition technology, thanks to the FingerPrint mode, you can log in to the App

Today your app is totally unreachable, everytime i open the app it crashed right away,my app is updated, i even tried to reinstall, but it keeps crashing all the time

I applied for loan twice but was turned down, before I remembered what my friend said that they are not friendly to foreigners...that's stuck and unfair.

Can't open I don't understand what's problem .
