This is the most frustrating and stressful app to deal with, I mean not just the app but the drivers are of no help as well. Today is the worst experience for me, because the app is not working I was not able to activate my ticket and when the inspector came I had to pay 52 euro even I showed him the screen shots of the activation attempts that I made, but it did not help at all, and after few hours the app updated and all my stored tickets was gone. And just like that, I got rob twice in a day.

the "new" app is worse than the last one. asking permanently for location, in such way that you can't move on the map. i can't use it outside Italy to check something. i can't add favorite stops, I can't add favorite bus. disaster of an app, do you test it before releasing???

The app will ask for your location at every step. I have the app set to English but portions are still in Italian. I can't log in to my profile because it just creates a login loop. This app sucks.
