Bought Fare 1 as instructed for a 1:30am ride from Tiburtina to Termini. App requires email verification for each purchase, which slows things down. Driver said I needed Fare 9—info not shown clearly in app. Tried to buy correct fare twice but app froze both times. Missed the bus, had to walk 30 mins through sketchy areas. Now stuck with a useless ticket and an unreliable app.

the "new" app is worse than the last one. asking permanently for location, in such way that you can't move on the map. i can't use it outside Italy to check something. i can't add favorite stops, I can't add favorite bus. disaster of an app, do you test it before releasing???

The app will ask for your location at every step. I have the app set to English but portions are still in Italian. I can't log in to my profile because it just creates a login loop. This app sucks.
