Welcome to the new Enel Energia App, completely redesigned and improved to independently manage your supplies or to activate our electricity, gas and fiber offers. Find out what you can do:

• You can access all Enel Energia digital services with a single account

If you are already registered, use your account to log in or create a new one from the App in a few simple steps. You can also use the same account to access the Enel Energia Customer Area on the enel.it website or to access the digital services of other Enel Group companies.

Furthermore, to access quickly and securely, you can activate biometric recognition via fingerprint or face recognition.

• You can keep tabs on all your active and activating supplies

If you already have one or more active electricity, gas or fiber supplies you will be able to:

or always have your bills at hand;
or pay one or more bills online in a single solution without having to enter your credit card details every time. In fact, with your Digital Wallet you will have your payment card data saved and always at hand;
or activate direct debit for your bills and receive, if you had paid it previously, the refund of the security deposit amount;
or tell us your meter reading;
or receive your bill in digital format via email to reduce the use of paper and reduce CO2 emissions related to the transport of bills;
or modify some data and characteristics of your supply such as, for example, the power or billing address;
or and much more.

If you have requested the activation of an electricity, gas and fiber supply, you will be able to view the progress of your request at any time and send any documentation necessary to complete it directly to the App.

If, however, you want to activate a new electricity, gas and fiber offer or one of our services for your home or office, choose directly from our proposals designed for you by consulting our brand new Store!

It is important to know that, if you give consent to the Enel Group companies, you will be able to learn about the advantages of the products and services provided by all the Group companies!

• You can always know when your bill expires or is issued

With our notification services you will be informed promptly and you will not risk forgetting deadlines or payment notices.

• You can receive many gifts, discounts and prizes

Enter the new WOW section! dedicated to ENELPREMIA WOW! the free Enel Energia loyalty program that rewards you every week with lots of surprises. Find out how to get coupons to save on your purchases, win prizes and/or discounts on your bill by participating in our competitions.

• You can check your spending and consumption anytime, anywhere

Find out how we have reorganized the information on your bills: check the progress of your spending through simple and intuitive graphs. You will also be able to check the issue, amounts, expiry and payment method of your bills.
For your electricity supply, if you have a second generation meter you will also be able to monitor the progress of your daily and monthly consumption to keep your spending under control and compare them with past periods.

Great app. No english language option. Italian company, so I understand. But it would be good option for non Italian speakers.

The app is well done. My problem is that everytime that I want to activate the "Bolletta web" the confirmation email does not get sent and I am unable to activate this feature. Called support and they say the same thing: the system didn't send the email. How difficult is to send a confirmation email? The backend developers should give a look at this feature.

It keeps always asking for the password, it is very slow when it comes to processing payments and other operations allowed by the app, no app notifications about new Bill's, it is very awkward that an email and phone number change has not been processed yet after almost a year - as a matter of fact I'm not receiving any notifications anymore (except for adverts) since I changed email address and phone number with consequently delays in payments and sub-sequently surcharge. It is disgusting.
