A very handy app for traveling. I was in LA last week for 6 days and had opportunities to sneak away and workout. A member gym was only 8 minutes away and had everything. I just noted the facility on my app and the barcode to enter popped up. The only reason for 4 vs 5 stars is that the barcode popped up, then hid, then popped up, then hid. So I had to play hide and seek a bit. But then I figured it out. Got 3 good workouts last week. Thanks!

This app doesn't generate the barcode for the gym I want to go. It's been almost two months. The customer service always says the internal team says the problem has been resolved. I am canceling the gympass membership because I realized I can join the gym I want to go with the price I paid for gympass membership. Why waste money on the app that doesn't work.

Instead of additionally notifying customers by e-mail about plan changes, they only provide in-app notifications. Awful customer service. I do not recommend. The app wouldn't even allow me to change my payment information. Took me to a blank screen every time. I'm not paying for a poorly made app when you double prices and are now the same cost as my local gym. Tore a muscle, couldn't work out for 2 months, never received in-app notification, and they won't reimburse this month when I healed.
