Terrible company. I went to a kickboxing place listed on the app, but my credit wasn't accepted because Wellhub had apparently added them without their knowledge or consent. I tried to contact support, but there is no human phone line, only chats. Later after I canceled my subscription, I was still billed the next month. I had to go through the chatbots again to get a refund. They also employ horrible dark patterns and make you click through 10 pages before you can actually cancel.

Update: Wellhub, you gave a really dumb reply to this. I know what it means, did you read what I wrote? Your app is not allowing check-in but skipping to the step where the Daily Limit has been reached. Original: For the past 2 weeks the app has not been producing a bar code when scanning and been giving a message to say 'Daily Limit Reached'. Without the bar showing, the gym doesn't allow you in. So Wellhub is getting paid for visits that members cannot even access

Poor product experience. There is no easy way to see what any given plan offers, instead in left to "explore" and filter by Plans (their website doesn't allow me to compare), and on Android at least, the filter screen's button is off the screen, so you can't even accept and apply your filters! I can't believe that my company might actually be paying for this? I certainly won't be paying off this is the experience - I can't trust it at all.
