About this app

MyFastweb is the free application dedicated to residential and VAT customers, which allows you to manage your Fastweb subscription and your Internet Box.
To access the app, simply enter your MyFastweb username and password and activate secure access with biometric recognition.

With MyFastweb it is possible:
- follow the line activation phases
- manage the configuration of your Internet Box
- install the Booster and configure built-in Alexa
- control consumption and extra expenses
- consult your Fastweb account, check the status of payments and proceed with the settlement
- top up Fastweb SIMs
- contact Customer Care, or find answers to the most frequently asked questions
- check the progress of your requests
- consult current promotions and find the nearest store.

Bloody Thieves! I have a prepaid sim and they keep emitting invoices billing for letters that they are sending to me and I have never asked for. They are charging €4.32 for each recommended letter and then they send me a monthly bill for that and proceed on threatening me to give them my bank account details so they can withdraw money automatically! I wanted a prepaid sim in order to avoid this in the first place! Avoid avoid avoid!

The app is good, but i think I'm not satisfied with the sim operator, i told them to port my old sim from postemobile to fastweb, but postemobile still has access to the sim card connection.

Response to developer: Non serve più. Ho inviato un'e-mail di richiesta di disattivazione all'azienda. Devo interrompere per sempre questo ciclo difettoso. Update 18 August: they are fraud. please don't buy service from them. They sent me an unknown invoice and blocked my simcard service to charge for " no one knows the reason" I sent them list of payment.
