About this app

MyFastweb is the free app for residential and VAT-registered customers, allowing you to manage your Fastweb subscription and your Internet Box.
To access the app, simply enter your MyFastweb username and password and activate secure access with biometric recognition.

With MyFastweb, you can:
- follow the line activation steps
- manage your modem configuration
- install the Booster
- monitor your usage and extra expenses
- view your Fastweb account, check payment status, and settle your balance
- top up your Fastweb SIM cards
- contact Customer Care or find answers to frequently asked questions
- check the progress of your requests
- view current promotions and find the nearest store.

MyFastweb lets you view your usage and remaining mobile SIM credit directly from your Wear OS smartwatch. Press and hold the watch face to add a tile and complication to the screen to monitor your usage in real time.

Nice. colors and everything to me is nice, I was not able to understand about a payment I was late to do, and maybe when I watched around the app inside, it still was not inserted an advise showing me the bill I did payed,...So I went to SkyMobile and then to Fastweb, and a guy or man explained to me what and how to do. Pretty fine !! 🙂

lousy app lousy service. This app is poorly designed, it doesn't give feedback when making a simple change like updating the bank details. The worst part is that it is impossible to get in touch with Fastweb if you don't have an Italian phone number. They have WhatsApp but it doesn't work with a foreign number. Why? Make some simple changes and bring the app to 2025 please. I tried to go to Fastweb store, but they are useless, too. Sad. The developers replied, but they were useless as expected.

Functions as it probably should. The app could be a bit more intuitive and straightforward.
