Your accounts, cards, loans, mortgages, and investments are all accessible from your smartphone. It only takes a few seconds to make transfers, including instant transfers, top up prepaid cards, and top up your phone. You can also pay postal bills, PagoPA, and F24 forms, which you can frame with your camera.

Plus, with the Smart Desk virtual desktop, you can consult and sign your transactions and send new documents without having to visit a branch.

.it's been years that my account has not been receiving INSTANT TRANSFERS. I'm only able to send it but I can't receive from others INSTANTLY. what's happening?

App and Internet Banking services from Bper are utterly garbage... Infinite loading screens, payments not registered, OTP not generated properly or not generated at all... I'm speechless. It's four days that I'm trying to make a wire transfer and I'm stuck in loading screens that lasts for minutes and in the end "Ops there is a problem". Needless to say that I'm going to change bank in the next few weeks. Old Ubi worked as a charm for me, but with Bper the service is totally unacceptable. What a shame.
