Nexi Pay is reserved for customers in possession of a card issued by Nexi or a Partner Bank. The services available may vary depending on the type of card. The application requires Android 7.0 or later; To take advantage of all the features of Nexi Pay, such as access with biometrics, update your mobile phone's operating system to the latest version available.

To protect your personal data and avoid risks of compromising your profile, Nexi does not allow phones with modified factory settings or on which Apps that allow you to elevate user privileges to administrator have been installed to access Nexi Pay.

I am very disappointed with the Nexi app and customer service. I have been trying for a long time to complete my registration, but the issue is still not resolved. Because of this, I cannot make any online payments. My bank has not provided a solution, and Nexi customer service does not respond to my requests for help. This experience has been extremely frustrating and stressful. I expected much better support and reliability.

eventually, after too many months of bluescreen and many many install/uninstall the last update allowed me to use this app again. The new version is very smart and easy.
