I got the audio technica ath-m20xbt bluetooth headset for Christmas and it has been almost nothing but a headache since. Constant cutting audio, random disconnects and getting worse as time goes by. After many hours, I saw online to try pairing the headset to my phone and using this app to check firmware updates. Headset is paired, I hear audio, but this app can't find the headset? Unsurprising at this point. Trash support, trash performance. I highly advise against anything audio technica.

So coming from the Sony wf-1000x4 which has flawless Bluetooth connection. I decided to try audio technica for the first time. Sound quality of the audio technica are very impressive. Especially if you listening to hi-res like Tidal, and tweak the EQ. Where it falls short is Bluetooth. UPDATE :After the last update earbuds no longer connect with the app. OK, I just wanted to tell everyone that posted. UPDATE: After the last update from Samsung security patch the app is connecting again.

The app is fine. Its helpful for changing settings, but it won't let me change the voice / touch confirmation tone volume. The beep it makes is so loud and piercing. Why would it not change with the volume. Or just let me turn it off completely. I would also like to change the volume by holding down the touch pad but for some reason that's not an option I have to set it to one of the multi touch options Idk if this is an issue with the app or the ath-twx9s but these seem like obvious oversights.
