This app is for Sony's CRE-C10, CRE-E10, and CRE-C20 self-fitting hearing aids.
Easy and quick initial setup and remote control with kind instructions.

The devices work well. The app could be a lot better. Can't save settings for different environments like crowded restaurants vs quite settings. AND BIG ISSUE makes you start over and retest and setup occasionally forgetting ALL PREVIOUS SETTINGS ARRRRRG. The fine adjustment are mysterious. Everything is trail and error. Once tm you get things set, the hearing aids themselves work very well. Better high frequency range than any other product.

I've had these aids for 9 months now, and have to agree with others here that the app spoils an otherwise very good product. You are forced to re-login frequently, a very awkward process that requires you have the charging case with you. There should be simple one-button settings for different scenarios, but there aren't. I suspect this is all intentional, so as to not have this relatively inexpensive product compete with the audiologist version of the same product.

I'm not sure what is happening, but the hearing fine tuning option is not working. It freezes the app and a minute later, the app wants me to reconnect the hearing aids. This means that I would have to go through the ENTIRE setup again! I just want to fine tune my hearing aids and get rid of the tinny sound from every single audio piece coming my way! C'mon Sony! Fix your app! And why do only iPhone users get to listen to audio through bluetooth? Where is the love for us Android users?!!!
