These hearing aids are not a good value. The Sony Hearing Control app is not available for desktop computers. For a pair of hearing aids costing about $1,200.00, I would have hoped for more. I do not have internet service with my phone, so I will have to drive to places like McDonald's and use their wifi to adjust my hearing aids. This is a problem because, after recharging, the hearing aids default back to a setting that does not work for me. I have to reset every time I recharge them.

The hearing aids, for the price, can't be beat. But the app needs improvement. It often loses connection to the hearing aids, won't let me sign in, and now won't let me reinstall it. I'm going to need tech support to resolve the problem because without the app the hearing aids can't be customized for my hearing loss.

Update. happened again at work. This should not occur when I just want to adjust volume. I don't even have my case with me. useless! In a meeting and need to adjust the volume, but the app is updated and requires a sign in. The sign in wants a passkey not available, account recovery returns server timeout when verifying my date of birth. Ten minutes later I turned my hearing aid down. This is an unnecessary restriction.
