About this app

“TMdrive-e2 Support” (hereafter the “Application”) is an application for TMdrive series drive units. The Application enables users to browse instruction manuals and perform troubleshooting. It can be used for models TMdrive-10e2, TMdrive-70e2, TMdrive-MVe2, and TMdrive-CYCe2.

・Instruction manuals for respective models can be browsed.

Troubleshooting and support
・Products can be recognized by reading the QR code marked on the driver unit. (QR codes will be marked on units one after the other.)
・Users can check details and countermeasures for failures by selecting the model and the F1 code displayed on the drive-unit panel surface.
・Log data handled by customers can be sent to TMEIC.

Precautions and requests concerning use of the Application:
- Communication fees may be required to download the Application.
- The camera function is used to read QR codes.
- The dial function is used when contacting customer support.
- The content and functions are subject to change or termination without notice.
- The Application is provided “as is” without any warranty.
