TCV is not what it used to be .it is almost like the sellers have no respect for the customers. The only time you find communication is when you apply for proforma invoices. They message you to find out when you will be paying. Tcv is not doing enough to cause the seller to respond to customers' concerns. I have purchased about six vehicles, but the last one I recently purchased, which is the seventh one, I had a very bad experience. Very poor service now. But it is still the safest site.

Love the way the pictures of the cars comes up in front of me as there are so many car's in japan with different names from our european countries,, different from other sites which is a plus
