Functions and Objectives of the App
This app shows you a graph of how full you feel on a 10-point scale.
The entered number of feelings of fullness (hunger) is averaged every hour.
Up to 24 graphs will be displayed.
The purpose of this app is to get used to being hungry by continuously recording your feelings of fullness (hunger).
