After many months of happy use, despite having never missed a credit card payment, they canceled my credit card out of the blue because they "couldn't verify my name". I had of course completed the eKYC successfully. Worst UX. Edit 2026: Tried it again. eKYC with MyNumber fails ("wrong nationality"). eKYC with 在留カード too (I'm not me).

Usage of account is restricted error. Why? There's money in the account, I was verified a long time ago, and I'm just trying to buy a morning coffee or my groceries...

There's need to be improvement on your customers services. I waited for more than 5 min and no one took the call. your customers services is a joke.
