It's hard to return the package at first when you're not japanese but i did it anyway. Not as easy as i am used to be. I had to pay 1270 to the 711 store to return it, which is a bummer because the coat is about 5000 yen. But overall great app. I am learning kanji using the app too so that's a plus.

ZOZO has been evolutioning toward a great online store by gathering a lot of fascinating brands and enhancing its UI/IX so now it's good to shop what I need very much.

They don't use real pictures for preloved fashion. Purchased some, looked pretty okay in the pictures, turned out they are all trash. ゴミを売らないでくださいよ。
