Some photos aren't for everyone.

Heapo is a private photo and video cloud for the people you actually want to share with. Too personal for public social feeds, too easily lost and compressed in group chats — Heapo keeps those photos in one place, at original quality, visible only to the people you choose.


■ Gather in groups, look through them together

• Create groups by trip, family, or occasion, and invite members with a link
• Owner, editor, and viewer roles decide who can upload and who can only look
• Leave likes and comments, and catch up in the "Recent activity" feed on Home
• Pin a cover photo to give each group its own face


■ New photos gather themselves

• Pick only the newly taken photos from your device library and upload them in one go
• Turn on auto-upload and new shots land in the group every time you open the app
• Shoot with the camera and upload right away, or send photos from any app via the share sheet
• Already-uploaded photos are skipped automatically — no duplicates piling up


■ Guest links: no app, no account

You shouldn't have to ask grandparents to install an app just to see the grandkids.

• Create a separate link per recipient and send it by messenger — opening the link is all it takes
• Choose the scope: everything, only recent photos, or just the ones you hand-pick
• Set the link to expire in 30 days, 90 days, or a year, and see how many times it was opened
• Changed your mind? Revoke a link and it stops working immediately
• Guests can leave a heart and a short note without signing in


■ Organize, and undo

• Group photos into albums by trip, milestone, or everyday life
• Sort by newest taken, oldest taken, or upload order, and filter photos or videos only
• Edit captions and capture dates so the memory is recorded properly
• Deleted items sit in Trash for 30 days, so nothing is gone by accident


■ You decide who sees what

• Flip any item to private so other members and guests can't see it
• Report abusive comments, or simply mute a person's comments and reactions on your own screen
• No ads, no tracking SDKs — your photos are never used for advertising
• Credentials are stored in the device keystore (iOS Keychain / Android Keystore) and all traffic is HTTPS
