To order PassApp service you need active mobile phone number only. When your account is ready, you need to set pick up and choose service type. After you have made a booking, the app will prompt you when taxi driver arrives. After the payment is processed in full, the bill will be sent automatically to your inbox.

Ratings and reviews

Prefer previous version. First, for at least 3 months I wasn't able to update so hit "skip" each time. The other day I was forced to update and the app is not user friendly. There is no way I could find to cancel. It did not save my history when I did the update. I would switch to another tuk tuk app but Grab was not user friendly to download either. Disappointed.

Generally cheaper than Grab or the other ride hailing apps. One issue with the app is that when you select a destination (airport to city for example), it directs the drivers to use a parallel road instead of the faster main road into the city. Almost always adds 5 minutes to the ride. And the drivers just follow it blindly. They should use Google maps with traffic info to ensure they get their customer (and themselves!) to destination faster. I find that the Grab drivers are better in this way.

worst experience I book auto from the app after comple ride money debit from my ABA account but driver claim amount not received and he fight with me and take cash also I complained about this but no response from support and again I book car driver ask me to pay more I said I pay only amount show in app but he scold me very badly and cancel the ride without ride they debit money from my ABA I try to contact support for 2 hours but all agents are busy it seems they don't attend my request intent
