Useless when outside Thailand. The previous version allows using mobile number OTP for registration, the updated version insists on turning off wifi, then doing some unspecified verification, which fails every single time. During this pandemic I can't visit Thailand, so I have lost access to my account. Updated Oct 2023. The app is still an anti-user piece of garbage. The ID scan doesn't work for passport and the face scan doesn't work at all. This is a government owned bank, that's expected.

Cannot use the app and it's not foreigner friendly. It ask for a passport number but cannot verify it. One has to go to a nearby branch to get it activated. I did this for the first time. Now I am back to my home country with new phone and it's all back to square one. Bad app. I regret opening an account with this bank.

The app doesn't work and keeps asking to be uninstalled and reinstalled.... And when reinstalled it still doesn't work and asks to go to the nearest branch... I have already done it twice in August and September... Now in October too it's the same... Very disappointed!
