Useless when outside Thailand. The previous version allows using mobile number OTP for registration, the updated version insists on turning off wifi, then doing some unspecified verification, which fails every single time. During this pandemic I can't visit Thailand, so I have lost access to my account. Updated Oct 2023. The app is still an anti-user piece of garbage. The ID scan doesn't work for passport and the face scan doesn't work at all. This is a government owned bank, that's expected.

Works fine for everything but QR payments. Can take 2 seconds or 5 minutes. Sometimes, I have to take a photo of the qr code, then scan that, and even then, it's 50/50, whether this works. It's humiliating looking like some clueless farrang who doesn't know how to use QR. "Oh dumb white guy can't use mobile payment! " When the fault is the broken QR payment handling in a Thai bank app. It happens multiple times every day, mostly with QR codes on digital payment screens. Fix it.

Installed app but won't let me register I get to the end of trying to register then it tells me something wrong with app. what a waste of time. tried several times. I really needed this app as the banks are closed on weekends now sitting without Internet from tonight as this thing is useless.
