Blocked from accessing my money. The app is saying something about the SIM card owner not matching the bank account owner. The SIM card is mine, in my name. The bank account is mine, in my name. The info page refers to Foreign Nationals and going to a branch seemingly oblivious to the fact that many foreign nationals spend a lot of time overseas so can't simply go to a local branch. There is no Contact us. Email is only for general enquiries. Completely blocked.

Time management is a critical concern. Non-functional sub apps or links should be removed if not applicable to foreign costumers. Tampering with bank app by blocking customers from using the bank app without formal notification should looked into and many more- Remote administration tool which was unblocked in the bank after presenting all requested documents is now blocked again....

this app sucks after opening bank account I can't even use the app it keeps saying "screen record detected " I don't use recorder I even try to delete and reinstall many times but it kept saying to turn off the recorder bro I don't have a recorder in my phone what's wrong with this app please fix this
