The app does its job but it feels half baked. The reason for only three stars is that it stops working WHEN YOU NEED IT MOST. Like I'm tryna see my data plan and it doesn't friggin load! (Even with wifi) I did deposit the appropriate amount and it registers the money but it doesn't renew my plan...When i come to KZ I'm gonna need free airport wifi otherwise I'm doomed with this provider. The app sees my connection. But doesn't load the most important page (Main, Service and some Qazyna thingie)

impossible to login with altel number, app says I have to be altel user when I'm actually one. The website worked perfectly but no, they had to remove it in favor of this piece of excrement.

altel internet is very good but the app is very very slow even though it's not open for 3 to 4 days app not open
