Ratings and reviews

The online customer service is terrible. The mobile app is especially frustrating and poorly designed. If a registration error happens or something goes wrong, it just says 'error' with no way to contact support. I highly doubt they even have live agents. Now I have to waste time going to their physical office, and there is only one in the whole city

Don't buy roaming packages to Uzbekistan. There's no roaming in Uzbekistan, although the app says it does. The chatbot support is from the last century. You can use it to talk to yourself, but don't expect any real help.

impossible to login with altel number, app says I have to be altel user when I'm actually one. The website worked perfectly but no, they had to remove it in favor of this piece of excrement.
