Since January, the app no longer sends an SMS to allow me access and does not indicate any errors. The network recognizes my number, as does Yandex, Wolt, WhatsApp, but the TELE2 app is not sending properly. Going to the website just redirects to the app. Clearing the cache and un/reinstalling does nothing. On top of this, continued lack of English language support just adds to the frustration. At this point, I think I would be better off with Beeline KZ as they seem to actually care.

App's user experience is just terrible. I am an Android developer myself and I know what I am talking about. Just one example, I went to add a new bank card and a new screen opens where you see only the title for 3-5 sec with no progress or something
