Since January, the app no longer sends an SMS to allow me access and does not indicate any errors. The network recognizes my number, as does Yandex, Wolt, WhatsApp, but the TELE2 app is not sending properly. Going to the website just redirects to the app. Clearing the cache and un/reinstalling does nothing. On top of this, continued lack of English language support just adds to the frustration. At this point, I think I would be better off with Beeline KZ as they seem to actually care.

The app doesn't start at all. Activation is through SMS , which doesn't come to the phone number. I tried many times, including "assistance" of technician of Tele2 - no success. It is impossible to run the app. The technician suggested that problem is IMEI registration, but was a false information, IMEI registration existed for the phone number, from which I tried to run this terrible app. Tech support is horrible. Half a day spent to resolve the matter, NO SUCCESS!
