The app barely works: login often takes forever, detalization doesn't work, the information shown is scarce, many other features are "not available yet".

I just updated my app after it prompted me to. afterwards I realized I couldn't access the internet. I am on an unlimited plan (family of 5). subscription renewal ought to be at the end of the month. but after the update. I was told my subscription had expired that I needed to renew. is there something wrong with the update? updates are supposed to make app usage better not complicate things

App is not much useful. Mostly just for checking balance. Cannot raise a service request or a grievance. Beeline service is also poor. It took almost a month for them to transfer my wifi connection. There is no place where we can log complaints for delay in services. Update: the internet is not connected yet. The online chat and phone helpline, I have tried many times, they just give a random answer and do not solve the problem.
