It was really easy to connect my TV and I thought I'd like the app. then I tried to use the back arrow and it didn't work but all the other buttons worked! I couldn't turn off the episode of a show. it was also very annoying having the same ad come up for starting a subscription. why would I want to pay to use a remote?

Garbage! I don't tend to write reviews and even less so bad ones; however, this ap is absolute garbage. I downloaded this app after receiving an LG tv without a remote, to connect the tv to my ps4. After setting it up and turning everything on it told me to watch an ad. So I did. Minutes later I went to turn down the volume, only to discover I could only lower it by 10 clicks before it wanted me to watch yet another ad.... I'm also not about to pay 20 dollars just to adjust my volume.

Riddled with constant ads (many that that take up 99% of the screen and play loud sound). Most of the ads act like they are part of the app to try and trick you into downloading them (saying an update is needed, etc.). The app itself seems well laid out and is easy to use. Several features are reserved for paid accounts. I'll save my money and use the actual TV remote and my phone's cast feature - all free and no ads.
