The Libra app is one of the most awarded banking apps in Romania in recent years.
Easy to use. You use it for your personal or business account. You manage your cards, savings and investments.
You also have customization options: account naming, account ordering and quick action list.
We continue to make frequent improvements to make the Libra app even simpler and more useful.
What you can do in the Libra app:
• pay in lei or euros
• pay with your phone number
• pay with a QR code
• manage recurring payments
• see balances and transaction history
• access your savings account
• manage deposits
• make currency exchanges
• order a debit card
• order a credit card
• have access to investments
• download account statements
• update your personal data
If you are not a customer, you can open an online account directly from the app.
Authentication is simple and secure, with PIN or biometrics.

Ratings and reviews

In 2026 they finally implemented a dark theme, but badly, and the app is still slow and freezes frequently. They refuse to implement the OATH TOTP standard for 2FA, forcing you to install the app just to log in to the website. On a positive note, I must admit that the app is in a state from which it can only improve.

Easy to use, high performance. Enjoying since more than 5y. L.e. still the best mobile bank app. -1* jun/26 new: on home page one gets RON equivalent of deposits. at first I was scared. nothing suggests that that is button/menu option to be explored further. it was way better with the deposit synopsis on first page. I expect the UX to worsen. small other adjustments have already changed why ron equivalent for client with no Ron deposit?

Version 4.0. is a horror story. It's a new version made by IT guys, not financial people. Old version was a 5*
