A very poorly built app that just adds another level of frustration to people who are already seeking help. Absence of logical sequences in processes, broken user paths, missing options, and as a cherry on top, once you go to help option, there is no way to go back to the main app

Оценить терапевта после сессии мне предложили только на "отлично", но на мой взгляд, вещание перед желтой уткой результат дало бы от же. Ваш специалист приводил не уместные метафоры, задавал дилетантские вопросы (ни один из терапевтов такого себе не позволял ранее). Ощущение, что пообщались за деньги с чьим-то знакомым который считает себя психотерапевтом. Я понимаю, что сервису выгодно много сессий продать, но чтобы за час даже не попытаться что-то сделать - это нонсенс.
