Everyday there's something that doesn't work. I've reloaded credit for my mobile from my card a week ago. It still says pending on the transaction but the amount has been already deducted from my account. When am I gonna get that reload. Some functions like electricity bill payment can't be processed. It has been a very difficult time for the app.

The app user interface and customer service suck. Also, the biometric feature on this app goes crazy all the time. I switched phones and tried to log in using my previous account but was unable to. I called customer service, but they didn't answer. Then I sent an email, and they told me to go to a branch to solve their technical issue. This is a hilarious bank, lol. So disappointed.

Unable to log in to the app. It shows “Contact Customer Care”, but customer care does not answer calls even after trying for more than 30 minutes. This seems to be a common issue affecting many users. For a banking app, this is extremely inconvenient and risky for customers who depend on it for daily transactions. Asking users to visit a branch for a technical issue with an app is not a practical solution. Please fix this issue urgently and improve customer support.
