Everyday there's something that doesn't work. I've reloaded credit for my mobile from my card a week ago. It still says pending on the transaction but the amount has been already deducted from my account. When am I gonna get that reload. Some functions like electricity bill payment can't be processed. It has been a very difficult time for the app.

The app user interface and customer service suck. Also, the biometric feature on this app goes crazy all the time. I switched phones and tried to log in using my previous account but was unable to. I called customer service, but they didn't answer. Then I sent an email, and they told me to go to a branch to solve their technical issue. This is a hilarious bank, lol. So disappointed.

Unable to log in due to exceeding the maximum password attempt limit. I contacted customer care and they informed me to send an email. I sent the email one week ago and also sent a reminder but I have yet to receive any response. disappointing
