Unable to log in to the app. It shows “Contact Customer Care”, but customer care does not answer calls even after trying for more than 30 minutes. This seems to be a common issue affecting many users. For a banking app, this is extremely inconvenient and risky for customers who depend on it for daily transactions. Asking users to visit a branch for a technical issue with an app is not a practical solution. Please fix this issue urgently and improve customer support.

Unable to login to the account because they've added security with only one device can login one account ,that's good but that security level is not in app , transactions without OTP? customer service is very negative,no call answer,no email reply ,even I went to the branch to solve this ,filled some forms ,told will have a email then log! , but no email , HOW A USER CAN DO TRANSACTIONS WITH THESE STUPID SECURITIES?

Couldn't logged in to the app for months. Visited the branch 4 times. Contacted the customer service several times. They said they can't solve the issue and gave the number of the digital banking unit. Sent several emails. Sent all the details they requested. After all one representative called me and informed me that app doesn't work on Honor devices due to security reasons. But she suggested me to use online banking via the browser. How logical is that answer. So browser is safer than the app?
