The app always struggles with sending the OTP. Most of the time, I don't receive the OTP in the first 2-3 attempts, sometimes even more. After some time, all the OTPs arrive at once. Even when I'm in a hurry, this takes too much time and is the worst experience with Sampath Banking. Many people who use this app have told me the same thing.

The Vishwa app is down — no transactions, not even balance view. No prior notice given. Customer care first said SMS was sent, then changed to “portal inbox,” which feels like a lie. Critical updates should go to registered mobiles. Poor service, zero transparency, and customers left stuck.

this app is totally useless like this bank. when I'm in a hurry this app wasn't working, when I call customer care they're telling even they can't log to the system 😅 very funny.. totally useless
