Too many clicks to get what I want done. When paying billers, in the new version you can only make 1 payment. So if you have to make payments for 5 bills, you have to make individual payments. It's very time consuming n inconvenient. The new app has an OK UI but the UX is overwhelming, has too much information, unnecessary paginations instead of on-page scroll, this makes it very slow to use. If they change the functionality to do the minimum functions of the old app, it should be fine.

The new web version and the app now doesn't identify existing username and password. Now I cannot login to my account using either web or app. Only the very first web version is working for me now. App also some options are still not working. Very disappointed. Sampath bank shoud study other banking apps such as comm bank digital which is very convenient and user friendly

The Vishwa app is down ā no transactions, not even balance view. No prior notice given. Customer care first said SMS was sent, then changed to āportal inbox,ā which feels like a lie. Critical updates should go to registered mobiles. Poor service, zero transparency, and customers left stuck.
