How does Link On Demand work?
- Link On Demand is an on-demand travel concept that takes multiple passengers heading in the same direction and books them into a shared vehicle. Using the Link On Demand app, input your address within the areas we serve, and we’ll match you with a vehicle going your way. We’ll pick you up at your location, or nearby, and drop you off at your destination. Our smart algorithms provide journey times that are comparable to a taxi and much more convenient than other modes of travel.

How long will I wait?
- You'll always get an accurate estimate of your pick-up ETA before booking. You can also track your Link On Demand shuttle in real time in the app.

I have had so many awful experiences with this app. I have had drivers that don't know how to follow directions take me all over the place, I've watched drivers sit at a doughnut shop for 10 mins while the app says they're 5 mins away, I've scheduled rides and they come 20-30 mins late or early and leave after 5 mins, and I've been late and missed so many trains because this app turns a 7 minute drive into a 40 minute ordeal. Calling customer service is useless, every time I try they can't help

Driver never showed up! Waited 40+ minutes, she texted and said she at the address given. I texted back and stated I was standing on the corner of the address given and she was no where to be seen. I called the hub number to describe my frustrations and they said it was my fault, the driver was there. It would be another 30 minutes before anyone would be there. Almost 1.5 hours of my day wasted! DO NOT use these people!!
